BS, MBA, CPA… Jarom’s got them all. He’s a seasoned executive manager who knows strategic finance and treasury, accounting and financial reporting, risk management, and internal/external audit. Jarom has worked in both the public and private sectors, and recently led the finance development and opening of 10 countries for the international expansion of an extremely successful network marketing company.
VP, Corporate Development
Leave the strategic planning to Kurt. He brings more than a decade of direct sales and international business experience to ASEA, and he has particular experience in international development. Kurt’s bachelor’s degree is from Southern Utah University, where he studied political science with an emphasis in international relations. He was also awarded a certificate in International Relations and is a lifetime member of the National Political Science Honor Society.
VP, Marketing and Sales Development
With 30 years’ experience in marketing, Bruce has vast experience in both the traditional and network marketing industries. His work in film production alone has taken him to nearly all 50 states and more than 20 countries. He comes to ASEA from another highly successful network marketing company, where he supervised the marketing and branding efforts in more than 60 countries worldwide.
Director of Associate Development
Justin knows the ins and outs of network marketing. He’s worked in the industry for the last decade and a half, and his track record includes key corporate leadership positions for one of the largest and fastest-growing network marketing companies to date. He’s traveled all over the world and has been instrumental in managing and setting up operations in several countries. But his experience isn’t all corporate. He was also instrumental in building a successful distributorship in the United States and abroad, and he’s worked closely with some of preeminent leaders in the industry.
Director of Associate Support
She’s developed and managed call centers with 150 team members supporting 14 countries, and has 20 years of customer service experience. Karen Reilley has worked with billion-dollar direct sales companies and has served in a variety of leadership and key coordination roles that include training and development, customer quality assurance, information technology deployment, and international expansion. Let’s face it: Karen is focused on success for the sales field.
Ready for a cool convention or a relaxing retreat? Kim puts it all together. She came to ASEA from one of the network marketing industry giants, where she worked on global expansion of new offices, cafés, and stores. The bottom line: Kim knows logistics, planning, and execution. She’s also experienced in developing a worldwide brand image. Kim’s bachelor’s degree is in interior design from Brigham Young University.
